The training plan, updated every three years, combines e-learning modules, in-person sessions, and workshops, supplemented by practical activities developed in collaboration with psychologists and professional actors. Through role-playing techniques, gaming hall operators acquire concrete tools to recognize potentially critical situations, handle conversations with players sensitively, and, when necessary, refer them to local support services.

Protection of Minors

In land-based gaming, the company conducts ongoing monitoring in its directly managed venues and inspection checks within the network of establishments operated by the ADMIRAL Gaming Network concessionaire. At every gaming location, the prohibition on entry for minors under 18 is clearly indicated through stickers, signage, and informational materials designed to be immediately recognizable.

G4 Certification: Continuous Improvement
G4 (Global Gambling Guidance Group) certification represents the highest international standard for responsible gaming and player protection. The Group holds this certification as confirmation of its concrete commitment to consumer protection and the promotion of responsible gaming.
