NOVOMATIC Italia has obtained the Top Employer certification for the second consecutive year, the international recognition awarded to companies that stand out for excellence in people management policies and practices.
The Top Employer 2026 certification consolidates the path started in 2025 and once again confirms NOVOMATIC Italia among the official list of the best national companies, published by the Top Employers Institute and leading media dedicated to the world of work.
The Top Employers program evaluates organizations through an independent analysis process, focused on key strategic areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and Sustainability.
This recognition confirms the structured and long-term approach adopted by the Group in developing its people and promoting a corporate culture focused on responsibility, inclusion, and continuous growth.
