NOVOMATIC Italia s.pa. is the holding of the Group in Italy with 15 subsidiaries under its control organised into three macro-segments: the State Concessionaires, with a Gaming State Concession regulated by ADM (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, under Economy one of the state agencies under the control of the Ministry of Economy to operate in the country; the Gaming Operations and the Gaming Technology. Operating in the Italian market with a license (Concessions or TULPS for gaming shops) means respecting the strictly rules imposed by the national and regional regulator both through the gaming concessionaires recognized by ADM following public tenders, and through companies dedicated to the procurement of gaming services and technologies.
