NOVOWELL
Novowell is NOVOMATIC Italia’s wellbeing programme, designed to promote people’s wellbeing through initiatives focused on health, work-life balance, welfare and the quality of the working experience. It is an approach that puts people at the centre, fostering wellbeing, engagement and growth.
It is structured around six dimensions of wellbeing:
- Healthy: initiatives focused on physical wellbeing and prevention, including sport, health and healthy lifestyles;
- Joyful: activities aimed at mental wellbeing and personal care;
- Social: opportunities to meet, socialise and share experiences to strengthen relationships between colleagues;
- People: initiatives with a social and local impact, to promote active involvement in the community;
- Supportive: tools and services to support day-to-day financial wellbeing, also designed to boost purchasing power;
- Parental: initiatives dedicated to parenting and achieving a better work-life balance.
