Ingenio al Femminile
The Ingenio al Femminile Award is an initiative promoted by the National Council of Engineers (Consiglio Nazionale degli Ingegneri) and developed in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company. It aims to promote and celebrate women’s talent in STEM fields, encouraging innovation, research, and new perspectives for the future. NOVOMATIC Italia has supported the last two editions of the Award, reaffirming its tangible commitment to fostering equal opportunities and enhancing the value of women’s skills and expertise.

NOVOMATIC Italia’s partnership with BigRock, a leading advanced training academy specializing in digital creativity, computer graphics, animation, gaming, and communication, stems from a shared passion for creativity, innovation, and talent development. Together, we support an ecosystem where students can experiment, learn, and bring their ideas to life while engaging with ever-changing challenges. As part of this collaboration, we contributed to the creation of the NOVOMATIC Hub, a dedicated space within the Academy designed to foster interaction, creativity, and the exchange of ideas. We have also helped enhance some of the Academy’s most creative areas, spaces that every day become a playground where talent, energy, and innovation take shape.
