For NOVOMATIC Italia in particular, the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Model 231) is an integral part of the internal control system of each company. The Model is based on a structured framework of procedures, organizational rules, and monitoring activities, designed to ensure the proper implementation of internal control measures. Within this framework, the Code of Ethics represents an essential reference of the Model, guiding the expected conduct of corporate bodies, employees, partners, and all entities collaborating with the Group.
Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is grounded in these core values and serves as the foundation for all corporate actions and decisions, translating the Group’s principles into concrete behaviors to be applied in daily operations. All employees, regardless of their level of responsibility, as well as all business partners, are required to comply with the provisions set out in the document; the same applies to the supply chain, for which a dedicated Supplier Code of Conduct has been developed.
