Through its support of the “Non Dipendo, Scelgo!” project promoted by Konsumer Italia, NOVOMATIC Italia, together with ADMIRAL Gaming Network and Quigioco, the online gaming brand of HBG Online Gaming, further strengthens its commitment to promoting Responsible Gaming and preventing Gambling Disorder.
The initiative is built around a nationwide active listening service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, serving as a key point of reference for players and their families through the toll-free helpline 800.661.501. The service provides access to reception and guidance support, qualified counselling, and referrals to the most appropriate assistance pathways. The project also offers free psychological support and legal advice in cases of gambling-related over-indebtedness, ensuring practical and professional assistance.
Alongside the national helpline, a network of local support offices and listening centres operating across several Italian regions provides community-based assistance, facilitating access to services and direct contact with specialised professionals.
Although primarily focused on Gambling Disorder, the project also offers support for other behavioural addictions and impulse-control related issues, directing each request to the most appropriate resources and services.
This collaboration forms part of the broader social responsibility journey promoted by the NOVOMATIC Italia Group through initiatives such as Usa la Testa and Quigioco Responsabile, helping to foster a culture of prevention, awareness and wellbeing, with the goal of always putting people first.
