NOVOMATIC and Sportradar: new solutions for sportsbetting
A few days before the London ICE exhibition, NOVOMATIC announces that it has signed a partnership with Sportradar, a leading provider of sports betting solutions, to develop an innovative line of products and services for betting dedicated to the Italian market. The agreement concerns the development for Admiral Sport of a turnkey solution for retail, built on Sportradar's Managed Trading Services (MTS) and allowing the creation of gaming environments with cash desks and self-service terminals. Visitors to ICE Totally Gaming in London will then be able to preview the ideas implemented on the basis of the new synergy, which will be exhibited both in the stand of Betradar (S1-150) and in the area of NOVOMATIC Italy at the large stand of the NOVOMATIC Group (S5/S6).
Admiral Sport terminals will be presented in both exhibitions along with the broad range of features brought by Betradar and including trading services, pre-match probability feeds, virtual games and live gaming, along with statistics and live-match tools for retail, while NOVOMATIC Italia will show off its own betting solution fully adaptable to any gaming environment with high performance possibilities. "It is now clear that sports betting represents a growing opportunity. - explained Bartholomäus Czapkiewicz, Managing Director of NGI (NOVOMATIC Gaming Industries), and NOVOMATIC Italia Chief Technical Operations - We offer a platform with unrivalled distribution channels and have found in Sportradar a highly established company in the betting sector that completes and supercharges our offer. We look forward to this partnership in order to continue to provide world-class sports betting products and services around the world".
Carsten Koerl, founder and CEO of Sportradar, added: "The announcement of this deal is great news for the betting industry. NOVOMATIC needs no introduction for anyone who knows the betting and gaming industry, and the confluence of hardware, technology and Sportradar's credentials in terms of reliability, data and risk management. This should attract the interest of all retail and online operators worldwide. Our initial focus will be on products from the Italian market, and we will work tirelessly to support NOVOMATIC in product development and in view of exporting this solution to other territorial markets".
