The NOVOMATIC Italia Group is responding proactively to the challenges of the Italian gaming market and to the changes required by the upcoming ADI tender and the new GAD concession in terms of governance, announcing the strengthening of the Boards of Directors of ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AGN) and HBG Online Gaming.
ADMIRAL Gaming Network
As of today, Michele Masini will lead the Group’s Amusement with Prizes (ADI) concessionaire as Chief Executive Officer, on the eve of the anticipated reorganization of the land-based gaming sector and the new concession tender.
Within the NOVOMATIC Italia Group organization, Jessica Cozzi, leveraging her strong technical expertise and her proven focus on technological innovation, will take on the leadership of the VLT Business Unit, also integrating the structures of the current VLT Product Management & Development division.
HBG Online Gaming
The Board of Directors of HBG Online Gaming welcomes Michele Graiff, who will focus on technological development and on strengthening the platform, key elements to support the growth of the online concessionaire. Together with Davide Diodato and Raffaele Gnazzi, the new Board structure aims to reinforce governance and enhance the company’s strategic direction capabilities, ensuring continuity, cohesion, and momentum toward future goals.
Thanks to this new organization, the reliability of ADMIRAL Gaming Network as one of the leading ADI concessionaires in Italy, the Quigioco brand, and all the products of our online and land-based concessionaires will increasingly stand as a guarantee of performance, reliability, and innovation.
